Browser style properties (in the "Properties" section) control various features of a browser style such as colors, fonts, editing properties, language-support strings, and genealogy events for individuals and families. These properties are stored in special types of templates called property lists. This section describes the required property lists. You can add, edit, or delete elements of the each list, but the overall list cannot be deleted. The only optional property lists are those used to support multiple languages.

- Double click on the color Key to change its name.
- Click on the color field to change a color using the MacOS color dialog box.
- To support light and dark mode, add a light color name and then add one with the same name, but ending in " Dark".
- See editing colors definition for more details.

- Use "Add Property" or "Delete Property" menu commands to add a new font or select and delete an existing font.
- Double click on the font Key to change its name.
- Click on the font setting to change the font in the MacOS text dialog box.
